Policies
Shipping: We ship to US only. But we can be contacted and arrange shipment out of the country when needed. This shipping cost will be much more than normal, but we want to extend this service to you.
Return Policy:
All our items are guaranteed against defect in workmanship - specific return guidelines are applied to custom made items and larger pieces and these guidelines will be visible within the item description or on the collections information page. When we are alloted specific return policies from our manufacturers we will gladly pass these on to the consumer so they can reap the benefit.
Payment Policy:
We accept payments through our paypal program - you can use your visa, mastercard, american express and discover cards. We are presently working on accepting checks and online transfers - sorry for the inconvenience.
Shipping Policy:
All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. many items will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Larger items such as our furniture and custom made items may take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks depending on the country of origin. (We have many items that are handmade by local craftsmen in various countries) We do not buy from sweat shops - and companies that hire underaged workers - we base our standards on USA law and not the law of the country where the item is being made. We believe all people should be treated fairly and have a decent wage to support themselves properly. Home and Closet as well as all R J Management Group's programs and departments adhere to the strictest guidelines when dealing with overseas and even manufacturers here in the states.
