Payment

I accept Paypal

You do not need a paypal account to use paypal, You can pay with a credit card, debit card, e-check or Paypal funds

Shipping

All items are carefully packaged and shipped within 10 business days
10 days is just a guideline, I usually have items shipped before that. But could take as long as 10 days in busier times.

I try to recycle materials when I can for shipping. Example: Brown grocery bags, cardboard etc.

All orders ship by USPS by either First Class mail or Priority with delivery conformation (by sellers choice).
You will be contacted with the day of delivery and conformation number.

If you need your item shipped next day, please contact me to discuss further. Buyer pays upgraded shipping costs.

International customers

I will sell internationally... the customer is responsible for the shipping. Contact me for details.

You should be aware of the rules and regulations of your country for importing goods. We are not responsible for the customs or duties charges you may incur.

Your order will be mailed to the address listed on your PayPal account. Please make sure your address is up to date on your account.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact me so the problem may be rectified.

Custom Orders

Customer orders take approximately 2 weeks from the start of the order (Shipping time not included).
This may take longer if I have orders in front of yours.Should there be an order(s) in front of you, I will give you a time frame as to when yours will be started. Communication in this respect is very important to me.
