Our shipping info and policies are below. Thank you for buying from J and A Sports.

If you buy from J and A Sports, here is how you will recieve your item(s):

1. All prices on Autographed Photos/Mini Helmets/Full Size Helmets/Football/Baseballs are DLVD (delivered) unless stated.

2. Items under $10 do not include shipping/handling in the price. That is extra. Items that are over $10 have free shipping/handling in a bubble mailer with DC.

3. We do offer the option of shipping 1-2 Non Game-Used or Auto sports cards in a PWE (Plain White Envolope) This will be At Your Own Risk. J and A Sports IS NOT responsible for damaged cards sent in a PWE if you decide to go that route. However, if you arent comfortable with that, we will ship in a Bubble Mailer. We offer shipping in a PWE for 1-2 sports cards at 75 cents. If you would like your sports cards in a Bubble Mailer, we offer that at $3.25 with Delivery Confirmation, no matter how many you buy, but if there is more than 15 cards, they will be sent in a Flat Rate Priority Envelope with a Priority Flat Rate Box inside to further protect your cards. The shipping on that will be $7 with DC.

4. At J and A Sports we take pride in shipping your items the way you except them to be shipped. That being said, If you buy a sports card from J and A Sports, here is how we will ship your items:

We will examine the card to make sure of no flaws or damage, put the card/item in a penny sleve and toploader, put them item (s) in a team bag and bubble mailer and mail with Delivery Conformation. After getting the DC #, we will email you the DC # so you may track your shipment

I cant make this any clearer, and it may sound harsh, but as of January 2013, J and A Sports will no longer accept ANY damaged or misprinted items. This has happened one too many times, and we are sick of it. If you send us a damaged or misprinted item, we will return it and a refund will be issued. If we get a damaged or misprinted item through a trade, you will be sending our cards back. Thank you for understanding.

5. In most cases, we offer next day shipping. If we can't get to the Post Office the next day, we will be sure to mail your package the very next day (Except for Sundays and Hoildays) Ex. If we recieve payment on Saturday afternoon or night, we will ship Monday morning. Nick Aerts, the co-owner of J and A Sports, lives in Wisconsin. Living in WI during the winter, it can be very very cold and we do get a lot of snow/sleet/freezing rain here also. If the roads arent very good, its super cold, or snowing hard, I will not be making a trip to Post Office until it gets better, as I don't want to risk an accident or worse just to mail a package. 6. I dont know if other card shops do this, and I dont care, J and A Sports WILL NOT sell incoming cards or cards that we dont have yet. Once we have the cards in hand, then we will put them on the site for sale. Thank you.

7. If you are not completely satisfied with your items, J and A Sports offers a 100% money back guarantee. We only ask that you cover the cost to ship it back to us.

8. J and A Sports offers a 7 day Return Policy. If there is something wrong with your items, or we have mailed the wrong items by mistake, please contact us ASAP. If we can not fix/exchange your items, we will refund your money within the 7 days. If you do not contact us within 7 days of getting your items, there is nothing we can do for you. Sorry for any inconvence.
