By placing an order with Jollybuy.com, a customer (buyer), herein referred to as "I," agrees to the following sales terms and conditions:

I agree to pay Jollybuy.com.ph in full amount for my order including shipping, handling and tax if applicable. Otherwise, the items I purchase remain as the property of Jollybuy.com. I am responsible for any legal expense toward collecting debts.
Payment must be received by Jollybuy.com.ph prior to Jollybuy.com's acceptance of an order. Orders are not binding upon Jollybuy.com.ph until accepted by Jollybuy.com.
I agree that I'll pay for shipping any item(s) back to Jollybuy.com for warranty of defective products or refund purposes unless it is a result of Jollybuy.com’s mistake that does NOT include errors made by shipping companies.
Shipping and labor charges are not refundable. Restocking fees may be applicable to certain items.

Return Policy:Note: Applies for US Ultimate Delivery Address only
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by affiliate merchants of jollybuy.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
