(Packages will be sent out within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS after payment recieved. Canada Post quotes 8-14 BUSINESS DAYS to the U.S and Canada. Overseas will take anywhere from 30 days and up.) I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping. I will also accept refund/exchange if you aren’t happy with your purchase. I do however, encourage sending a message to us, so we can work with you to come to a conclusion, suitable for both parties. We strive for our customer satisfaction! On shipments of 1 pair, there is no tracking info provided, Canada Post does NOT offer tracking on shipments of that size. Please take into consideration, weekends and holidays, as Canada Post does NOT move mail on weekends or holidays. Shipments may take time to get there, but you will get them! We offer 18mm in straight posts, as well as 20mm in both folding and straight as well. IF you want the other sizes or style, please message us for pricing and to let us know. If no message is received, you will receive the 18mm folding post style (which are our best and our own handmade design and style)
