Shipping
*Your item will normally leave the warehouse within 2 business days of your payment being confirmed.; often earlier.
*We will send you an email when we ship and, where possible, a tracking number.
*We will ship most items Internationally. Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duty, or customs fees. Please be aware of what is permissible to import to your country before ordering.

Taxes
*Purchases shipped to Arizona are subject to a 9.3% tax. This will be calculated at checkout once you enter your zip code.

Returns:
*Purchases may be returned (unless advertised as-is) but must be the actual item and in the original, uninstalled condition that left our warehouse.
*If our error (not as described, DOA , damaged in shipping) you will be refunded purchase price, S/H and (if applicable) return postage.
*If there is shipping damage, please let us know immediately so we can start the claims process. Shipping damage claims must sometimes be accompanied by original damaged packaging, so hang on to it until told otherwise.
*If you would like to return it for any other reason, your purchase price will be refunded (less 10% restocking fee) when returned at your expense. Items that were sold with 'free shipping' will have actual original shipping charges deducted, also.
*Arrangements for return must be made within 7 days of delivery.
*No refunds without prior arrangements.
*Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
