Shipping: Orders will ship for $5.95 (via US Postal Service Priority Mail). Our goal is to
ship all orders within 24-48 hours and Priority Mail is 2-3 days so you should anticipate receiving
your order within the week. Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of Missouri. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout. Return Policy: Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchases. If you
receive a yarn that is not to your liking in some way, please know that
you are welcome to return it for store credit within 30 days of
purchase. We simply require that:
- The yarn be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You email us first ([email protected]) with your name, address, email, order number, and item being returned
- Please wait for the email back from us with directions for shipping the
item to us. We do not refund the original shipping cost, nor do we pay
for the return shipping. You might consider insuring your return, as we
can only give you a refund for items that actually arrive back to us. As
soon as we receive the item back, we will issue you a store credit for
the amount returned (less our shipping costs if this return was sent with free shipping
and takes you under that amount).
- We are unable to accept returns of patterns, books, and needles.
