RETURN POLICY: Order Status and Returns: Returns and cancellations

* Do you require buyers to cancel or return items within a specific time period? (All of our products have at least a 30 day refund policy).

* Do you require buyers to return items in their original shipping containers and/or packaging? (Yes)

* Will you or the buyer pay for postage? (buyer)

* Do you charge restocking or other fees? (No)

* Please notify us immediately of returns for return shipping tracking.

* What shipping methods and options do you offer?
(We ship USPS unless buyer contacts us for faster delivery. We can also ship FedEx) Please contact us if you would like shipment made via next day mail.

Recent changes have forced us to use Expedited USPS or FedEx for international shipments. Most international shipping, except for Canada will be priority with tracking. Unfortunately we are not able to receive tracking on orders to Canada regular shipping. Orders to Canada take anywhere from 14 to 28 business days. If you would like an additional shipping method for Canada, please contact us at: [email protected] (we can provide tracking and quicker shipping options to Canada)

* Which shipping carriers do you use? (USPS & FedEx)

* How do you handle out of stock or backordered items? (Notify customer before payment is processed)

*We will notify the customer if shipping charges suddenly change. Email us Monday thru Friday from 9-5 CST; at
[email protected], sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Return Policy: We accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
