Terms:  Please note that if Bank Transfer is used as your mode of payment, payment has to be made within 24 hours, if not your items will then be passed on to the next interested buyer.  We will not hesitate to blacklist any dead-buyers.   

This policy is implemented to protect OL Moda from customers who may abuse our system.  We will do our best to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.

Shipping:  We ship worldwide from any of our available carriers.

Tax:  We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout. 

Return/Exchange Policy: It is our duty to check the items for defects before delivery. Please note that return/exchange are done a case-by-case basis. We do not accept exchange or refund for items which are worn/washed and if buyers ordered the wrong size as measurements are stated.  In cases where item received has defects (not due to mishandling of item during shipping), please take a picture of the defect and email us immediately and we will then take appropriate actions for exchange of the same item for you.
