PoliciesPlacing an Order: Because we partner with artisans from remote communities around the world, we cannot guarantee the availability of out-of-stock items. Our artisan partners are continually crafting new items and do not maintain an inventory of past wares. For this reason, we do not offer backorders. Outside the Village is operated by the non-for-profit, non-governmental organization Karma Green, registered in the State of Connecticut in the United States. Purchases from Outside the Village will appear on your credit card statement under the name Karma Green Inc. For more information about Karma Green please visit our website at www.KarmaGreen.org At this time, We can only ship items to the United States. Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Outside the Village is not responsible for replacing lost packages if the Shipping Carrier can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility so that you are aware of the approximate delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your Outside the Village purchase or gift, please return the package within 30 days. Tax: We do not charge sales tax on our orders. Sales Tax may only be added to items shipped to the State of Connecticut in the United States. If applicable, this sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.Return Policy: Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. If you are not completely satisfied with your Outside the Village purchase or gift, please return the package within 30 days. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a
credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost
of the item including taxes. If the item was a gift, or a purchase
