Standard Warranty    

    At POWER ONE Computer Deals we want you to buy in confidence, so we stand solidly behind every product that we sell with our unconditional "No Quibble" warranty.  Every item that you purchase from POWER ONE is warranted to be free of operational and performance defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  No excuses.  No fine print. 

If at any time during the first year of ownership an item fails to operate properly, notify POWER ONE immediately. We will, at our option, either repair the item at no charge or replace it with a unit of comparable performance.

    Do not attempt to repair an item yourself or through any third parties as this will void your warranty.

When returning an item for service or repair pack it carefully in the original special carton that you received it in or in a suitably strong alternative carton. Items that in the opinion of POWER ONE have been damaged as a result of improper or negligent use or storage will be repaired at customers cost at the current prevailing POWER ONE service rates.

    All units subject to warranty service or replacement must be returned prepaid to the POWER ONE warranty department. A shipping label for this was included with your purchase.

Extended Warranty


    For a modest price, POWER ONE Computer Deals will extend our "No Quibble" warranty for up to two additional years.  See prices on individual items in our inventory. 


Virus Infections

Computer viruses can seriously affect the performance of systems in some cases to the extent that a computer will not operate at all. Your POWER ONE warranty does not cover virus issues or removal. If you suspect that your computer has been infected (for example it is running slow) call POWER ONE for information on how to handle the problem.
