ReRock the Frock accepts consignment by private party or appointment only. Items consigned must be authentic, current in style, cleaned and in good condition. Any item determined to be counterfeit, commonly known as a "fake" or "knockoff", will be destroyed. There is a 50% -50% split between the store and the consigner. The split comes from whatever price the clothes sell. After 60 days, Consigner's % will be reduced to 40%. Consignors Inventory When you consign with us you will receive your own consignor # and that will be your number forever. Each of your items will be put in our computer system and will be priced, tagged and put in the sales closet. If you would like an inventory print out of the items selected for consignment, a receipt will be emailed to you. All items can be reduced up to 50% off the original consigned price during the consignment period at the discretion of ReRock the Frock . Usual markdowns are: 20% after 30 days 30% after 60 days 50% after 90 days All checks are mailed during the 15th to 25th of the month following the sales month. For example, May sales checks will be mailed from the 15th to 25th of June. ReRock the Frock is not responsible for any loss due to Fire, Theft, Water Damage, Act of God, ECT... All articles are left with the consignee at the risk of the consignor. ReRock the Frock, at any time may, terminate this agreement if we feel that the consignor/consignee relationship is not working. Your items will be mailed back to you. If you do not wish to comply with our wishes, we may donate all of your items to a local charity. IMPORTANT: An email will be sent to you ten days before the end of your consignment period. If we do not hear from you at the end of your consignment period, ReRock the Frock will assume you do not wish to reclaim your items. The items will then automatically become property of ReRock the Frock. Said items will be donated to a local charity of our choice. ReRock the Frock Disclaimer ReRock the Frock is a woman’s consignment shop. All items are purchased by a third party and are either new or gently used. The storage facility is located in Chicago, IL. Once the transaction is made the item becomes property of the consumer. ReRock the Frock is no longer responsible for care of purchased item. The following descriptions are used for item condition: Like New - Item has all original tags and has not been used/ looks new. Mint - Item has been worn once or twice/ looks like it has never been used. Excellent - worn several times but well cared for/ looks fantastic in appearance. Very good Condition - Worn extensively and shows minor wear however still worth buying for continued use. Good Condition - Item shows wear but is worth buying "as is" for use even though it has visible flaws.
