We ship to anyplace on the planet that accepts deliveries from UPS, FedEx or USPS. Local pick-up and courier services may also be used if we are contacted first to set-up the details. Freight charges will be specifically calculated and sent to customers for orders over 50 lbs. A handling charge of $1.99 is assessed on orders under $100. A handling charge of $4.99 is assessed on all international orders. International customers are responsible for all tariffs, taxes and other fees that may be accrued. All options are not available for all items (for example: Ammunition cannot be shipped by air and certain special order or larger items are only available with standard shipping).

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. All items bought from or shipped to a Tennessee address will be charged 9.25% sales tax during Checkout.

Your privacy and security are important to us. We will never purposefully give your personal information to others. Information that will not be shared includes your full name, financial information (credit and debit cards, bank accounts, etc.), home address, business address, email address, phone and fax numbers and any other contact information. We periodically send emails to our customers in relation to their orders or informing them about upcoming events and sales. You may opt out of bulk emails from us at any time.

Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund, if we are notified within 7 days of expected receipt of your order. If you prefer a replacement to a refund and we still have the item in stock, we will gladly replace a damaged or defective item. Returns for non-defective merchandise are accepted within 30 days, but the customer pays return shipping and handling, plus a 20% or $10.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater).

We accept many different methods of payment:

1. Most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard and Discover).

2. Business and personal checks are accepted, but will result in approximately a 2 week delay in shipment as we wait for funds to clear.

3. Money orders are accepted, but customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred.

4. PayPal payments to the PayPal account linked to [email protected] are accepted, but will be charged a 2% surcharge to cover additional fees.

5. Cash is appreciated, but it is not recommended for sending through the mail. Please, use it only for face to face transactions.
