Shipping

Items will be shipped out within 5 business days upon receipt of payment.

Insurance at $5 per shipment for all International Shipments.

Maximum of 2 watches per shipment.

Shipping will be done during business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays and during business hours from Singapore (GMT +8).

No Self-Collection or Meet Ups for local buyers. 

Shipment will be by Fedex or DHL Express unless request is made for different shipment method.

Shipments to Russia / Turkey / Brazil will be sent by Registered Airmail service due to the problems using a courier service.

Fedex or DHL Express average shipping period is 2-6 business days.

International Registered AirMail average shipping time is 14-18 business days.

All shipping time quoted is from date of shipment.

Purchasers are responsible for customs taxes incurred, if any at their respective countries and any other handling fees imposed by Shipping Company.

Time Exports will not be held responsible in the event of delivery delays, breakage or loss.

All proper packing and shipping procedures will be taken with proof of posting to be provided upon request. Compensations, if applicable, will be according to Shippers shipment Agreement & In-House Insurance.

Should buyers have any special request to specify on the shipment e.g.: declare as gift, we must be informed in advance and we will oblige when possible.

Declaring at a lower value is possible. Time Exports will declare at a lower value if requested and insurance will only cover at the value of declaration.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every product we carry.

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each model we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain models.

In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of cancelling the out-of-stock model, holding off shipment of your entire order until the model is available or exchange the out of stock model that Time Exports may recommend, which has the same or similar value.

Damages

Time Exports makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but occasionally products can be damaged during the shipping process. Products damaged during shipping should be reported to immediately.

Time Exports will refund the purchase price of the product; offer an exchange of the damaged product with a new product or a model of same or similar value.

Refund of all monies and exchange will only be done upon Time Exports receiving the damaged item and after inspection.

The purchaser will be responsible of any shipping fees when an item is returned for exchange or refund

Returns & Refunds

Time Exports will stand by our products that were sold.

Time Exports must be informed immediately should you wish to return an item upon receipt.

We will give a refund for the item purchased minus a 15% restocking fee.

 

Why a restocking fee?

There are purchasing administrative fees deducted on purchase of our items, cost of packing, labor and reselling the returned item.

15% restocking fee does not include deductions if modifications, alteration, damage and defacement of items in package.

All shipping fees are not refundable or exchangeable for products at Time Exports.

We will not issue any credit for shipments that were refused and therefore returned to us.

All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, warranty cards and user manuals. Any form of tampering with the watch or documentation will result in cancellation of all rights in the return or exchange policy.

When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.

You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
