We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our files, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities. Orders Orders are placed by using our secure online shopping cart. Inquiries concerning your order are answered by e-mailing our customer service department: [email protected] Any items not in stock at the time of ordering will be put on a backorder for future shipment. You will be contacted by Adorable Boutique Couture by phone or e-mail and receive availability information of any out of stock items. *Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays, Saturdays & Sundays). Shipping Adorable Boutique Couture ships only to street addresses in the 48 states within the continental United States. Adorable Boutique Couture does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or international destinations. Adorable Boutique Couture does not ship to P. O. Boxes. We use United Parcel Services GROUND and they do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping and Handling Rates (S&H) Delivery It is most important that you give a shipping address where you or your agent will be present to receive your order. If no one is present to receive package(s), the shipping agent will leave package(s) at the doorstep of the address given. Adorable Boutique Couture is not responsible for delivery if you are not present to personally receive your shipment. Back Orders / Out Of Stock Items If an item is not available with your initial order, you will be contacted by Adorable Boutique Couture and updated with availability information. Contact will be by e-mail or phone. Returns and/or Shipping Damage Claims All Sales are final unless an item was damaged during transit in which case you will be required to send the item back once a Return Merchandise Authorization* is issued by an Adorable Boutique Couture Employee. Once the RMA is completed and merchandise is received, you will be issued a replacement item. If the exact item is no longer available, you will receive an item comparable. All Clearance items are “Final Sales” with no returns. We do not refund shipping costs on any items. We at Adorable Boutique Couture check each item before we package, box and ship the item. We do not ship defective merchandise. Many of our products are hand-crafted. They are constructed by hand and have characteristics common to hand construction. Some items have hand-painted finishes of a rustic nature. We make every effort to photograph and fully describe each item in shape, material, color, style, function and measurement. If you have questions concerning an item description, please contact us with these questions before ordering. Adorable Boutique Couture understands that there will be decorating items that you purchase that do not blend with your décor or do not function in the space the way you thought they might. It’s important that you are pleased with your merchandise. However, we do not pay any shipping and/or insurance on any items purchased by you or returned by you. Please open all boxes immediately and check the contents. Adorable Boutique Couture must be notified by e-mail at [email protected] within 2 (two) business days of your receipt of shipment for any returns (damaged or otherwise). In the case of damaged items (shipping or otherwise), it is most important that you re-package the merchandise in its original packing materials to present to the shipping company claims agent. *Please e-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 2 days of your receipt of purchase. In the case of damaged merchandise, we will advise you as to the claim procedure used by the carrier that delivered your purchase. Please Write the RMA Number on the Outside of the box in BOLD and Clearly Visible letters and/or numbers. We do not accept parcels that do not carry a RMA Number on the outside of the box. Adorable Boutique Couture has a 7 day return policy – you have 7 days from the date of your receipt to have shipment back in our office.
