Are your diamonds 100% Genuine Diamonds?
We sell 100% Genuine Diamonds. They are not man or lab created. You can be confident that all the diamonds we sell are naturally mined diamonds.
Is your diamonds conflict free?
We exclusively offer diamonds which are carefully tracked from the mines through cutting, polishing, and transport. This ensures that our diamonds enter an uninterrupted chain of custody, and our supply is not corrupted by illicit or conflict diamonds.
Do you use solid gold or gold plated?
We only offer solid gold setting for all of our diamond jewelry.

Diamonds we sell come from all over the world but most of the items we sell are made in United States.

Resizing
Can you resize rings? How much does it cost?
Yes we can resize any from you to any size. A small resize fee will apply as follows
Any size 2 size smaller ore less than original size listed on the auction will cost 25 dollars.
If you need 2 size or more bigger size than listed on the auction it will cost you 25 dollars size
How long does resizing takes?
Resize usually takes 1 business days but can be as long as 3-4 business days during busy time of the year such as mothers day or before year end holidays.
Will the resize affect the return policy that you offer?
Yes. All item RESIZED BY US are not refundable.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal-We will only accept PayPal payments that have a confirmed address.
Certified/Cashiers/Bank Check-Please allow 4-5 business days for the check to clear and your item will be shipped as soon as the check clears.
Personal Checks-Please allow 7-10 business days for personal check to clear. Once the check clears your item will be sent right away.
