Policies

Shipping: We ship to US addresses only from any of our available carriers.

Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Return Policy:

No returns/refunds accepted, HOWEVER I want my product to be of the highest quality. If you have any issues with the quality of your shoes please let me know and we will try to work something out.

* Due to the custom nature of my business, returns will only be evaluated on a case-by-case situation and are not guaranteed.

* Any inquiry (other than quality issues) into a return must be received within 7 days from the date the item was received by the buyer. After 7 days no return will be possible.

* Monogrammed items are not allowed to be returned (except for quality issues).

* Shipping costs for any return is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance.
