DELIVERY METHOD

Delivery
Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence in relation to such dates. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will arrange for delivery of the healing products you order by PTT Registered Air Cargo and to the address you specify in the checkout procedure. We will arrange for delivery of the evil eye bead products you order by PTT Registered Air Mail and to the address you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for the delivery will not be essential to between us.

We aim to process and despatch your order within 2-3 days. Bizim Market ship Monday to Friday and not on weekends or public holidays. We will not be responsible for any late delivery arising from factors beyond our control.

Delivery Times
Worldwide delivery time is 7-21 business days depending on customs clearance. We will always keep you informed about any delay that we are aware of.

Delivery Coasts
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination in U.S. currency only. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the Turkey may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Buyers are responsible pay for their own country custom duty if there is any. Please be aware that the delivery charges do not include local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges that are customarily collected at time of delivery.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.

Additionally, when ordering from Bizim Market you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Lost or Damaged Delivery

Please contact our Customer Service via email. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing via the email address within 7 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Delivery Risk
The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until Bizim Market has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the goods, and all other sums which are or which become due to Bizim Market from you on any account.

We are not responsible for safe delivery of goods because we do not ship the products directly. If the products are not delivered, arrive late, or are damaged in transit, you must take this up with the carrier. We will provide you with their contact details upon request.

Tracking Your Order
The tracking progress of your order and tracking Bar Code number will be sent to you via email for your tracking. However, you can track the progress of your order by sending an email to Bizim Market quoting your order number.

Accept Delivery Of Products
The post office will not release Registered Air Cargo without your signature. The shipped items will require a recipient signature to validate it has arrived to its destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the products when delivered. It is also your responsibility to collect the products from any postal collection depot and/or arrange an alternative delivery date if you are not available to sign for the products.

This means, if there's no one present at your address at the time of delivery, your package will not be left on the backdoor or in your mailbox by the postman. Instead, you will probably receive a notice indicating that there's a package addressed to you which you'll be able pick up at your local post office.

RETURN METHOD
We are unable to accept returns for international orders or custom blended orders.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on Bizim Market web site at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be of the essence. There shall be no delivery until cleared funds are received.

Payments shall be made by you without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by Bizim Market to you.

We accept payment by PayPal.

Paying By PayPal
PayPal provides a way to send money to anyone in the world who has an email address. But, first you have to register your details (including Credit Card details) with PayPal. As part of this process you decide on a password so that you are the only one who can access your PayPal account.

All this information which is sent to PayPal is sent securely (ie all the data is encrypted) so that even if intercepted by anyone while passing across the Internet, the information cannot be extracted. Only PayPal can decipher the data.

Liability
However, we cannot be held responsible for actions by this third party. We accept no liability for loss and/or damage that you may suffer as a result of this third party's acts and/or omissions. We advise you to print and retain a copy of each card transaction for future reference.

ORDER

Once you have decided which product you would like to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button next to that product. This will place that product in your Shopping Cart, where you can select the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity you wish to order, please remember to click the Update Cart button. You can remove a product by clicking Remove Item.

At this point you can : Continue Shopping to add more items to your shopping cart. Update Cart to manually refresh your Shopping Cart.

Once you are ready to complete your order, select Checkout from the top navigation bar, your shopping cart or the link located underneath any item. Here, you will need to provide your billing and shipping information.

After entering your billing and shipping information, click the "Checkout" button. This will take you to the "Confirm Order" page where you can review all of your billing and shipping information and modify it if necessary. It will also allow you to choose your shipping method.

Once you have verified your personal information and shipping options, you will need to enter your credit card information OR check the Make Payment By Phone option. Once you have chosen a payment method, click the button that applies to your payment choice and this will complete your order.

Your final screen will give you a printable receipt of your order.Order Confirmation
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the final cost charged to your card.

Quantity Policy
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Large quantity orders cannot be processed through our website. Please contact a customer service via e-mail.

If you have difficulties placing your order, please send us your feedback.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide that is necessary for us to process your order and/or ship your order to the correct location. If an order has not been shipped, or shipped to an incorrect location due to such inaccuracy, you alone are responsible.

Any products purchased are for personal use only. The products can not be resold and cannot be given to any third party.

Accepting Order
We do not accept your order until we receive notice from PayPal merchant that your payment has been authorized and/or we have received payment in full in cleared funds.

PRICING
All prices are in USD. In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods.

Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our web site are accurate at the time you place your order.

If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, then we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

STOCK AND AVAILABILITY
All items displayed on the website are usually in stock in our warehouse unless "Out of Stock"' is displayed next to a product, in which case it is out of stock. New stock usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive from the suppliers, unless it is out of stock at the supplier, which could then take longer. In the unlikely event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will e-mail you to inform you of the situation and discuss with you how to progress the order.

DISCLAIMER
Bizim Market reserves the right not to ship any product that they see fit for reasons such as delinquent accounts, import licenses,etc... if this happens you will be notified via e-mail and your credit card will be refunded. Some countries may require various types of licenses. Bizim Market will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.

The availability of this website may be outside our control and in the hands of third party providers. We cannot guarantee the level of availability of this site for your orders or other Use.

All sales are final. This means Bizim Market is not responsible for any negligence on the part of the consumer. Bizim Market will not be held responsible for international orders that never make it past your countries customs office. Please check with your customs office before placing your order. No refunds will be given for items that are seized by your local custom's agents.

Applicable Law
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to Turkish law, and the Turkish courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
