Shipping Method
Flat Fee shipping is now $8.95 + $0.75 for additional items.

Once payment is processed, orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination. From there, they will be carried on by the local postal service to your home address and a signature is required for delivery. (Excluding Non Registered Post, P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses)

* 4-6 postal working days for capital cities.
* 7-10 postal working days for other destinations.
* 10-14 postal working days for more inaccessible destinations.
* Signature is required on delivery
* Limited tracking available at least two days after shipment.
* All parcels are insured for loss or damage
NOTE: We suggest having parcels sent to your workplace if you are not able to sign for delivery at home.

Non Registered Post only:
* 10-14 postal working days for most destinations.
* 14-21 postal working days for more inaccessible destinations.
* No signature required on delivery
* No tracking available
* Claims for loss or damage cannot be entertained
* Orders to PO Box or military addresses can only be sent Non Registered

For Express Post:

* 2-3 days to anywhere in the world.
* Express Post is trackable online at http://www.hongkongpost.com | http://UPS.com | http://FedEX.com
* Rates for Express Post shipping are:
o USA (including Hawaii and Alaska), Canada, Australia and Oceania, Asia = $10 per order
o All of Europe, Middle East, Rest of the World = $15 per order
o For Express Post, please note over 25% of deliveries are late due either to customs hold ups or because nobody is at home to sign for and receive the delivery.
o We will refund the extra charge for customs delays but not lack of signatory.

Important: If your order has not been delivered within the times shown above, please contact your local postal services using the postal reference number provided in your shipping status. All information supplied to us by the postal services is already provided in our online tracking service.

Your postal reference number is e-mailed to you when your order is dispatched. Use that reference number at the website of the shipper to get more information on your order status.

For Fragrances:

* Fragrances are shipped separate from Skincare and Makeup using special arrangements and labeling to conform to international airfreight guidelines. Upon arrival in the destination country the parcels are distributed by the local postal services.
* Delivery takes about 7-10 working days.
* Express Post is not available for fragrance shipments.
* The cost of shipping fragrances is 10% of the total fragrance order, up to a maximum charge of USD15.00. This is factored into the product price at this time.
* Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.

Taxes and Duties
We currently regularly ship to customers in over 200 countries worldwide.
The majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post.

Overall the world is moving towards free trade and we hope and anticipate this trend will continue and accelerate.

For the current time, we will endeavor to assist and cover in cases where duty is charged to the customers in some European countries, but we emphasize this is on a goodwill, not on an obligation basis.If you are charged customs then please collect the package, pay any fees due and then e-mail, fax or post your receipt to us and we will reimburse you.

Please note that this service is not available for orders shipped to China.

IMPORTANT: Please include your order number on ALL correspondence to ensure prompt service.

Please also note that all claims for refunds must be made within 3 months of the order date.

Shopsba.com Returns and Cancellations
We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent within one hour.

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know using emailing us within 14 calendar days of receipt, and within 3 months from the order date. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.

Shopsba.com is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.

We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
* A copy of your delivery note or your order number
* Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
* Reason for return
* Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
* For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement or refund via Paypal.
