You can cancel the order process at any time while shopping by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item form your shopping cart. Once an order has been placed, processed, charged on credit card and sent your order to be filled by our shipping dept there is a 15% cancellation fee that will be charged to cancel the order. Any orders that are canceled before it has been charged and sent to be ship will have no penalty.
