Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Master, Discover, Paypal.

Shipping: We will try to ship out your order as soon as we can. Please understand that when we ship out your order, we hand over the package(s) to the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS) with a tracking#. You can then track the delivery status online.

For delivery time, usually UPS takes 4 business days (i.e., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to deliver. USPS (the US Postal Service) as you know is not the most reliable shipping method, although it is normally the least expensive way to ship lighter items. The published delivery time for First Class Mail is 2-14 business days. Priority mail takes about 2-3 business days. Again, for more reliable shipping, we encourage you to choose UPS over USPS.

Please note that certain items might need some processing/handling time which is the time it takes before we hand over the packages to the carriers.
We ship to US addresses only from any of our available carriers.

Tax: We have to charge sales tax in certain states as the law applies. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout and will be displayed before you pay.

Return Policy: We accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.

Other than software, most items can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of the item's delivery. We will replace any defective items. If the item proves to be defective, we will send replacement without further charge. If there is any problem with your purchased item, please email us first ([email protected]) and we will help you trouble shoot. If the item turns out to be defective, we will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.

Customers are responsible for sending the item back with a valid tracking#. If there is nothing wrong with the item, a 20% restock fee will be deducted from the refund.

The original shipping charge is not refundable under all circumstances because it has been paid to the carrier (UPS, Fedex, or USPS) to deliver the item to you. We therefore do not encourage expedited shipping unless you really need to receive the order in a hurry.
