We ship with UPS Ground freight.
Defective and damaged return policy
All defective items will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact us to arrange shipment. We will issue a call tag shipping label for return of defective merchandise or you may return the item through another method at your expense. Replacements will be issued when we receive the defective unit. We will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
If the product is damaged during shipping, the product will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Contact us to initiate the damage claim. We will ship replacement at no additional cost.
Non defective or damaged return
Only products in new condition and in their original packaging will be accepted for a refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. Customer pays 2-way freight (out and back) and up to a 20% restocking fee.
Tax: We do not collect sales tax, except for orders shipping in our state. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.
