Product Definitions: 

NEW – New Factory Sealed [Ebay - New] 

NOS – New Old Stock - Older, out of production products, maybe the last available, packaging may show wear [Ebay - New Other] 

NOB – New Open Box - Repackaged products [Ebay - New Other] 

MR – Factory (mfg) Reconditioned / Re-manufactured [Ebay - Mfg Refurbished] 

SR – Complete Units, such as UPS, Robotic controllers, Rectifiers / Chargers, etc., reconditioned at my facility [Ebay - Seller Refurbished] 

RW – Removed from Working equipment, Tested and certified, such as Fuses, Capacitors, SCRs, Circuit Boards, PLC modules, etc., [Ebay - Seller Refurbished] 

U – Used [Ebay - Used], fully functional equipment in good original condition. boxes will have k/o open, equipment will show normal wear. 

FP – Broken [Ebay - For Part or Not Working]. 

When do you need it? 

If you have an emergency, and need your order “yesterday!” IESycle is available 24 hours a day, please email the request also you are always welcome to call me directly at (888)729-2378 in the USA, or call 001-616291-4285 International (English speaking only please). I can ship Fed Ex as late as 6 pm EST, UPS or USPS overnight as late as 5 pm EST! 

Delivery: 

Domestic Customers; Depending on your order, I have most all delivery methods available for you. If you have a carrier preference; Please email at [email protected] and I will confirm your request as soon as possible. 

Personal pickup is encouraged! 

International Customers; Everything that can be shipped via United States Postal Service, will be shipped that method. For urgent parcels or any other unique requirement, I use FedEx, UPS or DHL. If this item is to large to ship post. Please call 001-61629-14285 (in English) or email at [email protected] so we can arrange shipping options together. 

Note from the Governor: 

All items either shipped to a Michigan address, or picked up by the customer from our location (even if you drive in from outside the state), will be charged 6% Michigan sales tax. Only exception is to provide your tax exempt papers prior to payment. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout. 

Payment: 

PayPal is preferred and is always fast and easy! 

Visa and MasterCard are accepted through PayPal checkout. 

Checks are OK, but the product may be held up to 10 days to make sure it clears. 

Cash is King, save on shipping and pick-up in person, pay cash at the time of pick-up.

Note: COD is not available for Free Delivery in West Michigan.

Return Policy:

Different items have different warranties. Please read the items detail page for the full warranty explanation that relates to it.

Maintenance & Extended Contracts are available for 1 to 3 years with qualifying Equipment (new or used) Please contact us for more information.

In either case, warranty or return, S&H for your return is your responsibility.  My responsibility is to get the warranted product shipped back to you. 

PLEASE NOTE: OUR ITEMS ARE CODED TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT RETURNS (swapping bad for good). All returns and warranted items are inspected when received.
