Once order has been made, we will call you to confirm that your payment is authorized. After confirmation, we will send code to the email address of your PayPal account or the email you entered if you paid by credit card within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. The email will be sent from service [AT] japan-codes [DOT] com. If you have not received the code within 24 hours of confirmed payment, most likely your spam filter is catching our emails. Check your spam folder (also known as "Junk Mail" or "Bulk Mail") and see if your code is there. It's also possible that the emails we sent are blocked by your email system. Some of our customers with email addresses of domain name VERIZON.NET and FREE.FR report didn’t receive email even in their spam folder. In that case, please contact us and provide another email address, code will then be resent again.
