Return Policy: Kool Konceptz do not to accept returns for change of mind or if item does not fit. Please check description & ask all questions before committing to sale. In the instance where an item is defective an item may be exchanged for an identical or similar item of the same value or in the instance where the item is a "One of a Kind" a store credit may be given at the same amount of the original item. Store credits are non-refundable, not negotiable & may only be used at Kool Konceptz online store. Please note that refunds cannot be given until faulty goods have been received back Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
