ITEMS TO BE OFFERED:
 I seek to consistantly offer a quality selection of military relics of original manufacture to their respective time period(s). Reproductions or fantasy items will not be knowingly offered. Items that are of questionable manufacture will be clearly labeled as such.

INSPECTION AND RETURNS:
 3 Business Days after Item Receipt - Returns Accepted with No Questions Asked.
 7 Business Days after Item Receipt - Returns Accepted if the Item Received is SUBSTANTIALLY different from description that was given.
 I grant a LIFETIME return privilege for any item I sell as original that is proven to be a reproduction.

LEGAL NOTICE CONCERNING RELIC HAZARDS (PLEASE READ!):
  Some military relics inherently have the ability to cause serious personal injury or death due to their nature or intended use. By purchasing, you agree that Military Memorabilia will not be held liable for any injuries or death caused to yourself or to any other person by the use, abuse, or misuse of any military relic purchased from me by yourself or others, happening either with, or without your permission, and that you will hold me harmless in the event of any and all injuries or death to yourself or others caused by military relics you purchase from me.

  Domestic Buyers - You are responsible for knowing your state and local laws!
  International Buyers - You are responsible for knowing your local laws!
  All Buyers: By purchasing, you are stating you are of legal age, and that it is legal in your locality to own the military relic you are purchasing from me.
  Do not purchase items that you are prohibited by law from owning! I will cooperate completely with authorities if you purchase prohibited items from me!
