There are many different stories on how the mojito came to be. One of the more popular versions traces the drink’s roots to 1586, when Francis Drake and his pirates tried to pillage Havana for its gold. While the invasion was unsuccessful, one of Drake's associates was said to have invented a mojito-like cocktail. As the saying goes, 'make drinks, not war.' Havana is a refreshing mix of freshly crushed mint leaves, sweet rum, lime and  sugar, with a side of rich dark chocolate truffles for good measure. 'Welcome to Havanaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!'
