Up for grabs is another hard to find vintage original chopper part:  AEE MONO-GIRDER This is defintiely the holy grail of hard to find old chopper front ends! Only 3 others have come up known to exist: one that was owned/sold by Brent Farlie in 2012 (former AEE employee), another on a chopper in Japan, and one sold by me in 2016! From the AEE Choppers Blog (http://aeechoppers.blogspot.com/2012/10/aee-girder-going-up-for-salemega-rare.html)   CONDITION: Please look at all of the supersized pictures and use the zoom feature to make your own final judgement, I have tried to highlight the item from all angles.  Here is the condition as I see it: - Front end is in good solid shape and seems to function properly and smoothly when put under weight, however the single spring does have a slight bend and may need to be replaced (see photos).  Unit will need a neck stem and axle. Please note that it has not been tested for ride quality on a motorcycle and should be fully disassembled and checked before use.   FITMENT/SPECS:  - This is a custom aftermarket front end and will require custom fitment. Please make sure that you are comfortable with custom fitting to your application. - Front end is 39" from bottom tree to center axle (approx 18" over stock, using 21" as "stock") - Width between legs is 3.75". - Stem is removeable and CURRENTLY NO STEM IS INSTALLED.  DOES NOT COME WITH STEM, you will need to have the appropriate diameter and length stem installed for your application. - Single spring has a slight bend up top, seems to still compress fine (using body weight), may need to be replaced. - Right side leg was drilled for use with a brake stay. - Axle diameter is 5/8" .
