RETURN POLICY: A full cash refund will be given if I misrepresented the item or neglect to mention a major flaw. Item must be returned and then the refund will be issued. There is a 99% success rate in delivery. PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL: This is a faster method as far as delivery goes. Tracking is still very limited.
