There's no shipping. Once you pay for the service we email a request for password, user name, url, region and twitter search optimization terms. Additionally, if you buy one of our message packages we will email you for that information after payment. Finally, if there is a twitter or twitter API problem...we do not refund. We wait until they fix it and then continue grabbing you followers and/or adding messages. We do face to face consulting through dimdim.com or teleconsult with our social media campaigns.
