RETURNS: For any reasons you have received the item not as described or have received the wrong item,we provide 7 days returns of merchandise from the date you received your order and we refund you the shipping cost(qualified returns only).To qualify for your returns,goods must be unused and still in original packaging with tags and comes complete with paper works if any.Must contact us before claiming a return.Merchandise marked as clearance sale,liquidated,AS-IS or used especially electronics not covered by any warranties are not qualified for returns.Software items in the form of DVD's,CD's,Memory cards once opened are not qualified for returns.Batteries in original packaging of any kind once opened are not qualified for returns.Shipping returns of merchandise are the responsibility of buyer including insurance.We will refund your payment as soon as goods are received in satisfactory condition.Any merchandise damaged during customer's assembly process are not qualified for returns.Please contact the manufacturer product support or any questions about warranty claims.We don't make any repairs.
