Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 weeks. Some orders depending on availability may take up to 8 weeks. The freight company will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment time. You will be contacted by the delivery service to set up a day and time frame for you to receive your order. If no one is home when delivery is attempted (during the agreed upon scheduled time) a minimum re-delivery charge of $50.00 will apply. The freight company will collect it from you when they re-deliver your order. Make sure to have someone there to receive your delivery during the day. You may be required to assist in the offloading of your order. Ask about our other delivery options if you are unable or do not wish to do so.
Returns Policy
Money-back Guarantee: You may return the product within 7 days upon the day of receiving it. However, the merchandise cannot be damaged in any way. A full refund will be issued through Paypal. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the freight costs for the item or items returned to us in a safe manner. Free shipping is not available for items that are returned unless the item is damaged upon you recieving it.
Damaged/Return of Merchandise: We will accept claims for returns for damaged or defective merchandise if claim is made within 24 hours of receiving it. If possible, please inspect when delivery is occurring and report claim to the representative delivering the merchandise. If a part is not available, an exchange for the same item will be given for the returned merchandise. Please provide a digital photograph of all defects. If the item is no longer available, a credit for the same purchase price (not including freight) will be given. All merchandise authorized for returns must be returned in its original packaging. No returns-other than stated above-will be accepted.
Item may not be returned for the following reasons:
· Color may vary slightly from the photo because photography and printing tolerances.
· Foam will soften slightly.
· Sizes are stated in the US standard measurements while actual sizes are manufactured using the metric system. Therefore the sizes may vary slightly.
