Shipping Methods: rideSFO ships each order via USPS or UPS depending on the size of order and the order’s destination.

Order Processing: After you place your order, we will ship your products within 24 hours if it is stock. We try to carry as much product in stock but our stock levels will vary. Most non stock products we can get in 3 to 4 days for shipping purposes. We will only ship every day including some weekends. However, orders placed between 3:00pm PST on Friday and 5:00pm PST on Sunday will ship on Monday. You will get an email shipping notice when your product is shipped.

International Orders:

We accept international orders. Preferred payment method is PayPal. You may sign up for a PayPal account through their site {Here}. Please select USPS Domestic Next Day shipping costs for international orders. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you arrange another method by contacting us in advance. This is a limitation of our site. We will fix in the near future.

Any order that ship outside of the USA may be liable for additional duties, taxes and fees assessed by the customs or government officials.

These fees are not included in the shipping charges or product totals you pay when you purchase a product on rideSFO.

If you refuse to pay the charges assessed, and cause the products to be returned to rideSFO, you will receive a refund of the product cost only once the package arrives at rideSFO.
