In the very rare event that an item arrives not as described in our ads, we will resolve the issue(s) with the customer to their satisfaction. Returns are handled on a per item basis. Returns are not accepted for shipping damage. We will file a UPS claim for any item where shipping has caused a problem either functionally or cosmetically. UPS claim process is done by us, the process takes about 3 weeks, the refund is given promptly when UPS has paid the insurance claim. |
