Shipping and return policy Money-Back Guarantee If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns can be refunded or exchanged; buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Claims for damaged must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price if the item was defective. Only defective items receive a refund in full. However we don’t ship defective watches as our watches come directly from our distributor and are in close box. Place the original package and pack carefully which includes the box being undamaged, manual folded through and tag uncut. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. Please ship with a traceable method. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, with warranty and manual in the original box. Item must be returned intact and unworn.
