You can place your order directly through our website, and we use Paypal to handle credit card payments. Therefore your personal information will be securely protected. We don't own your credit card information.

:::: Packaging and Shipping ::::

All our products are shipped by regular air mail through Hongkong Post. You can upgrade your shipment to registered mail with tracking number by adding USD2.00 to the total amount.

Normally packages will be sent 1-2 working days after payment is received and cleared. It will take 10-15 working days to arrive, but usually it will arrive earlier than that. If you still haven't received your product after 30 days of your purchase, please contact us and we will make arrangement for you by either refund or send you a replacement.

We will mark all our items as "GIFT", and in most cases there's no GST/VAT involved. However, we are not responsible for any tax incurred for this item, should it be charged by the customs.

:::: Faulty and Return Items ::::

To return products to us, you need to contact us via email [email protected] within 7 days of the receipt of product. We will then arrange for product replacement.
