We ship worldwide and we ship FAST. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of the state of Florida. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout. During the order process, you are responsible for advising us of any detailed instructions. Our international customers are responsible for any import or customs fees. We follow all legal guidelines for shipping items internationally. Our return policy: Returns or exchanges may be made within 7 days after delivery with prior authorization. Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, as outlined in PayPal. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Your return may be processed for a refund or a store credit for an exchange. Returns will be processed within 7 business days once received. We charge a reasonable 20% restocking fee for all returns, unless an item was damaged in transit. In this case, it is your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
