All orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, some products will be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship those items as soon as they arrive or notify you if the wait will be longer than one week. If you would like to make a substitution, we are always happy to accommodate your preferences. We will ship anywhere in the United States via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout, Based on location from our Houston location including distance and order weight.

Q: Does someone need to be home when the order is delivered?
A: No, most people are not home during the day when their delivery is made. Orders are usually left by the front door. If you would like your order left somewhere else(at the back door, on the patio, etc) please leave instructions for the us in the comments section during checkout.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Local deliveries are made Monday, thru Friday. Orders placed Monday-Thursday are delivered the following day. Orders placed after 9 AM on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless other arrangements have been made. Deliveries are usually made between 9am-5pm.

Q: What does local delivery cost?
A: Local Delivery is only $5 and Expanded delivery is $8. See the About Us section for local / expanded delivery areas.

Q: I am looking for an item I do not see on your site, can you order it for me?
A: Yes, in most cases we are able to special order items for our customers. Please contact us with any questions / request

A: Orders can be placed thru our website. Simply select the items you want to purchase, add them to your cart and follow the checkout process. orders may be placed over the phone Monday-Friday 9Am-5Pm Central time or send us an email

Q: Can I arrange to have a revolving order sent to me on a regular basis?
A: Yes, we do offer a revolving order delivery service. To set up this service please contact us. We will keep your order and billing information on file and then send your order to you at a given interval. If you ever need to edit your order, time between orders or add additional items just contact us.

Q: What if I want to change the day of delivery after already scheduled?
A. Simple! Just give us a call or send an email as soon as possible.

Q: Can you deliver the same day as I call?
A. Because we don't order your items from our distributor until you place your order, we aren't able to deliver to you the same day if an order is placed after 9 AM. We need time to place our order, pick up, and deliver to you.

Q: Do you have a store I could visit?
A. We don't have a physical store. PurrFur is online and Home Delivery.
