The DVD's do not come on a manufactured DVD and they do not come with a label because labels can sometimes damage your computer. The DVD is just a vehicle to send them to you. I burn my own DVD's and label them with a black marker. Your DVD will be MAILED first class mail through the USPS!!!

I only use Photoshop and am unable to recommend or assist you with any other program. Due to the nature of our auctions we do not grant refunds. The Timeless Garden stands behind everything that we sell, so if you are not completely satisfied with our product please contact us. If there is a problem we will replace the item in a timely manner. All of our photos of backgrounds and props were taken by me and my design team created exclusively for The Timeless Garden. Upon the purchase of these images, you hold the right to use them in your photography business for client use.
Our products are copyright protected and can not be resold as they are. They are designed to be used as backgrounds, or composites to enhance your own personal or professional portrait work.
You do not however own the copyright and cannot sell or represent them as your own original works of art for resell outside of the above mentioned use.
You may sell prints to your clients and use them in your home for personal use.
