Free shipping for the USA and Canada!!! International shipping is a flat $3.00 fee for a single DVD please add $1.00 for each additional item. I send all of my large digital items on DVD's. Smaller files will be sent on a CD. I will mail your package first class mail through the USPS. The Post office has 10 business days to deliver first class mail. If paying through Paypal, I will use the Paypal shipping service. Paypal will send an email with your shipping confirmation information when the shipping label has been created. Occasionally the Post Office will not scan small packages. If your item has shipped, but tracking is not available, this is probably why. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please let me know and I will resend you order. Defective disks/broken items will be replaced immediately.
