What precautions are taken to ship the artwork safely to customers?
We ship artwork using professional art shipping services to insure a safe and timely delivery.

After I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?
Artwork will be shipped within 5 business days of the sale. An art shipper will pick up the artwork from the gallery or artist, package it and ship it via UPS. Please allow three to five business days for UPS ground delivery. You will receive an email with a UPS tracking number which will allow you to see exactly when your artwork will arrive.

May I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?
Touchstone Gallery offers a three-day money back guarantee on all artwork. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may ship it back to us within three days of receiving the order. We will issue you a full refund or credit on the returned artwork once we received it. You must use the original packaging for return shipping. The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as it was sent. There are no returns on any orders shipped outside of the United States.

What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
If you receive damaged artwork, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] or 202.347.2787. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items to process the claim.

How do I return a piece of artwork?
The return process is easy. Please repackage artwork in its original box and all packing material and ship it back to us. Please contact us at [email protected] or 202.347.2787 to let us know about returning the item. Artwork that is returned damaged will not be refunded.
