1. How do I pay for my items?

There are four payment methods. Google Checkout, Paypal, Personal/Cashier’s Check or Bank Drafted Check, and Money/Postal Order.

To pay with a debit or credit card via Google Checkout: Click on Shopping Cart. Review items to ensure that quantities/sizes are correct. If correct, click on the blue “Google Checkout” icon. This will take you to a new screen and prompt you to follow the instructions to make the payment.

To pay with Personal Check/Bank Drafted Check: Click on Shopping Cart. Review items to ensure that quantities/sizes are correct. If correct, click on the brown “Checkout” button. Follow the instructions to input your shipping and billing information. The next screen will allow you to pick your payment method. Select Personal Check, and then Pay Now. You will receive an email notification with additional instructions on where to send payment. Personal checks MUST CLEAR before items are shipped. Bank drafted checks clear immediately, so they are preferred.

To pay with Money/Postal order: Click on Shopping Cart. Review items to ensure that quantities/sizes are correct. If correct, click on the brown “Checkout” button. Follow the instructions to input your shipping and billing information. The next screen will allow you to pick your payment method. Select Postal Order, and then Pay Now. You will receive an email notification with additional instructions on where to send payment.

2. The Google Checkout icon is blurred, giving me the message “Google Checkout is not available with these items.” What should I do if I want to pay with Google Checkout?

Remove the items from your cart. Re-add them. The icon should then read “Fast checkout through Google.” Click on the icon and proceed with payment.

If this does not work, click on “Shopping Cart” in menu bar, click on the brown “Checkout” icon, and proceed with inputting shipping and billing information. The next screen will ask for a payment method. Select Google Checkout, then “Pay Now.” You will be emailed an invoice from Google Checkout and you can then continue on to make a debit or credit card payment.

3. The size I want is not in stock. I really want that style shoe!

Please email us to inquire whether the style and size will be reordered. Some styles are limited, but there are occasions where we restock the same style.

4. What happens after I make a payment?

You will be sent an email notification regarding your order. Depending on your payment method, your email will contain instructions on how to submit payment. If payment is immediately received, you will receive an email confirmation. If not paying by debit/credit card, an email notification will be sent instructing you on how to submit payment. After payment has been received, you will be notified that your order is being processed, and receive a second notification when your item has been shipped.
