Personal Information
We do NOT collect any personal information about you except your name, mailing and shipping address, credit card information, and e-mail address. We collect this information to register our users for an account and through our "Contact Us" form so we can reply to inquiries from our customers. Also this information is collected on our Affiliate registration page along with the prospective affiliate's social security number or Tax ID number depending on which applies.


TV Castle.com does NOT share, sell, or disseminate any of your personal information with any third parties except when necessary to process a transaction through the credit card processing agent. When shipping you an item your address is disclosed to the USPS. Note: The USPS does not know what is being shipped.

E-Mails
We periodically send out promotional e-mails. We do send confirmational e-mails, such as shipment confirmations. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails from us, you may do so by sending an email to us with 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line or by changing your e-mail preferences on the account page. Changes in this Privacy Statement
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the home page, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page.

Business Transitions
In the event TV Castle.com. goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified either via email or prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.


Return Policy: We accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. However there are NO REFUNDS  on any items we sell.


When does my order ship?

All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. If the order is processed before 12:00 pm PST, normally cleared orders* will be shipped out the same day. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).

What happens if my package is lost or damage?

If you receive a damaged package, contact us at [email protected].. There is only a three day grace period once the item has been received. From there we will submit a claim for a damaged package that takes 5-8 business days for processing. Orders shipped via USPS will require 3-5 business days to process.  ALL DVDs HAVE A LIFE TIME REPLACEMENT ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS WHO RECEIVED THEIR ITEMS.


Shipping to Canada

We accept orders from Canadian customers and ship our products to Canada. However, our Canadian customers should be aware that shipping to Canada is expensive. In addition, in accordance with United States federal law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.

We offer two methods of shipping to Canada, United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Please note that whichever method you choose, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, including additional processing and handling charges imposed by Canada Post or UPS, as well as all duties imposed by Canada Border Services Agency and all applicable goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST).


Shipping to Other International Destinations

In addition to the United States and Canada, we are currently able to ship orders to our customers in Australia, Barbados, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Jamaica, India, Ireland, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Please note that all of our titles are Regions Free DVDs.

For orders to Australia, Barbados, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Jamaica, Jordan, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, we offer shipping by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International, which does not have a guaranteed time frame and offers either no tracking or very limited tracking depending on the destination, and which typically taking between 7 and 10 working days from the date of shipment to arrive (but sometimes longer), by USPS Express Mail International, which does not have a guaranteed time frame and offers either no tracking or very limited tracking depending on the destination, and which typically taking between 4 and 6 working days from the date of shipment to arrive (but sometimes longer) and by United Parcel Service (UPS) (which is considerable faster and allows tracking, but is much more expensive). We offer the USPS Priority Mail International and Express Mail International shipping methods because they are less expensive, but the trade off is that it requires much more time and can’t be tracked easily (if at all).

If you select USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International, you do so at your own risk - please do not ask us to reship your package even if it does not arrive within the rough timeframes provided by USPS. If it still has not arrived with one month of the date of posting, we will work with you to make postal service inquiries and indemnity claims of USPS and once we have received the applicable indemnity, we will reship your package to you.


Backorders

We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two weeks, we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if there is one available. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us at[email protected].

We do our best to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments so that you are charged the least amount possible for duties and taxes. However, we cannot guarantee that orders with multiple items will ship in one envelope or box.
