To insure top quality we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. All parcels are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. The summer months of June, July and August are the hottest of the year. It is encouraged to take this into account when ordering. Uncle Buzz and the Post Office are not responsible for melted chocolate! Refunds and replacement of chocolate will be at the sole discretion of Uncle Buzz.
