shipping & returns Shipping: The price of shipping in Canada is pretty crazy, which is why at VanGoo Baby Boutique we are committed to offering our customers the most affordable options possible. We subsidize your shipping costs to save you money, and offer letter mail wherever possible. Letter Mail: Letter Mail: $2.25 Per Item Letter mail is not insured, but it is a very cost-effective way to get your goodies! It is not trackable, but you will receive notification from us as soon as you package is shipped. Only available in Canada. If you are a US customer, you will have the option of choosing small/light packet ($5.00). Flat Rate Prices: US Small/Light Packet (If Available): $5.00
Canada Post Regular Parcel: $9.95 Flat Rate (With tracking) US Regular Parcel: $12.95 Flat Rate (No Tracking for packages under 1kg) Order Tracking: Order tracking is available on all regular parcels mailed in Canada. At the moment, order tracking is not offered on US Small/Light Packets or US parcels under 1kg. Free Pick-up: We do offer free pick-up in Chilliwack, BC, for those who are local! Choose the free pick-up option upon checkout, and you will receive an email from us within 24 hours for directions. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery within Canada, and 2-4 weeks for US orders. Return Policy: At VanGoo Baby Boutique we inspect every item thoroughly before it gets sent out the door. If you have an issue with any item that you receive, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will be more than happy to help! We allow returns on any unused, unopened items, however you will be responsible for the return shipping cost (unless it was our mistake, in which case we will pay the return shipping). For hygenic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used diapers. Please read manufacturer instructions on proper care/use.
