Shipping: We ship to U.S. only. Your orders will be delivered by USPS or UPS at no shipping cost. All products are qualified for free shipping.

Return policy: We generally accept returns if the product is new. However, you must obtain the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return the merchandise for any reason. The RMA number must be clearly shown on the outside of box when returns. You may request a RMA number by sending an email to us [email protected]. The product must be returned within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. We accept only the BRAND NEW product. Any signs of used product will not be qualified for exchange or credit. They buyer pays the shipping fee for both ways (Return and Going Back). The return must be given as exchange only.
