Buyer purchases 4 items, 2 of each.
1 package (2 items) is sent via Regional Rate A, weighing 13 pounds.
2nd package is sent 1st class weighing 8 ounces.
Buyer receives 1st package, but tracking indicates it has only been scanned, not delivered.
Buyer has not received 2nd package, but tracking shows it was delivered.
I could get behind the idea that the labels may have been switched, but that would make little sense that an 8 ounce 1st class label would be delivered in a 13 pound Priority Regional Rate box.
I did explain to her that both were shipped differently, so it would make sense that the Priority was already delivered. We are waiting until tomorrow to see if the smaller package arrives.
