pegasus777,
Thank you for pointing out our oversight. If you go to the pages in question, they have been changed to reflect our free listing fee no F.V.F or reserve fee policy.
And thank you again for your help.

Pocono is bringing up some very vaild issues that I am interested in, and do pertain to this thread. Why are the moderators attempting to silence him? If he helps add integrity to this site, I don't see his posts as "combative."

quickdraw...
It's because "I" don't buy paid advertising here on AW, and THEY do.
I've done nothing but try and help folks on these boards since I returned in september, but it appears that the moderators here will have no part of it.

I don't wish to be moderated again, but for those interested, please check out the email address that "both" users offer as their own on page 1 of this thread under:

To any users who are interested.
I make myself available for any and all questions. I have posted in this thread how I can be reached. I will say though that it seems very possible that any person can create a user name and make certain claims. It is obvious to me that someone (I am not sure who) has done this in this case. My point is we never really know who anyone is in these threads. But you can verify that I am who I say I am by contacting me at LowestBids.com.
I will continue to answer any questions about our site as long as it is o.k with A.W.
Thank you all for your comments.

That is true...
He CAN be reached by emailing [email protected], as I have received answers back from him on two seperate occassions, while emailing two different users here

I don't have the desire to do the same amount of research that Pocono has, but to add a little bit to the conspiracy, the SPAM posts from "Bob" advertising another auction site seem very familiar. Wasn't there someone else who used these same phrases here a while back? I think his name was Demon, or something like that ...

"I believe that the pledge from the CEO of LowestBids.com which promises that if lowestbids.com ever does start charging fees, any seller who has an account with them at the time, they MIGHT start charging fees will never be charged a listing fee or a F.V.F. will stand up in a court of law.
At the bottom of the page is this line, "Please feel free to print out this letter and keep it as our written promise to you."
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ...
that, and a buck and a half might get you a cup of coffee at Starbuck's
Of course, you'll have to spend a lot more trying to track them down to get your "guarantee" honoured.
This statement will have absolutely zero weight in a court of law. Like a verbal agreement, it's not worth the paper it's written on (or in your case, printed on from their site) ...

When people start makeing promises about "forever" I just assume they are very young or else mentally challenged (special). When they say, "trust me" I run the other way. Trust must be earned and nothing is forever.
A smart person or company with the resources and the drive should realize a niche has opened up on the internet. ePay turned their back on it and Yahoo has now closed the door as well, to sellers of light weight, inexpensive, semi-obscure or outdated items, that take a while to sell. Listing fees are not econimically feasible but FV fees are. And Auctions are NOT the best vehicle for this stuff. Simple classified ads are.
Make it easy for us Yahoo sellers without a home to list for free on your site and make it simple. Make your bulk loader accept Yahoo's bulk loader files and use the info in them to create an ad automatically.
Do that and you'll have sellers flock there overnight.

I couldn't agree more...as has been proven time and again.
