whether it is opium or tobacco or liquor or coffee,just remember back in the old days people use it moderately.
a cup of coffee in the morning with breakfast is good enough,people just dont keep gulping coffee in the office all day long.
same can be said of tobacco use,liquor etc.
blame it on stress or abundant supply.
