This is a non-issue. How much do you think we are paying for all the politicians haircuts? And dont forget the catered meals, rental cars..no junk either, and personal expense accounts? The 3 commissioners in my county get a $10,000 expense account each yearly!!

#2 If it wasn't costing them to much for Malpractice insurance then they could lower their prices. That was a stupid comment about the wrong leg. This country is all about Suing. Physicians go to school 14-16 years to give the best medical care they give and of course they are human and mistakes are made. We never hear about the law suits that lawyers lose and that could out number the ones they win. They only brag about the ones they won and their large settlements to bring in new clients.
#3 He is the one doing the suing. Probably a ambulance chaser like the ones advertising on TV.

How many times does it take to tell you judges and juries award settlements NOT lawyers. And why shouldn't they brag about their accomplishments to get ahead? You REALLY have never heard of advertising????

No, Edith, the clients do the suing using an attorney.

#3 is wrong. Haven't you ever been at the other end of a phone call after you have been in an accident.
About 2 years ago my girlfriend was driving when she hit the back of a Van. No injuries only damage to her car. No citaticans issued. A small article appeared in the paper with our names. Guess what it didn't take an attorney long to call me after he read the paper and her the same. So you see I can speak from experience all you do is speak from that tiny pea brain.
Yes and the man who lost a leg didn't have to sue because he was probably compensated quite well from tha Physicians MalPractice insurance. If he got an attorney then he only made the attorney more money.
Oh and I forgot the rules in the RT Crowfarm can talk about other subjects but the other posters only have to post what the thread is about. YOU were the one that reminded us about the topic and YOU were the one who strayed.
